These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of vacuumking.co.uk and to any order you place with VacuumKing (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Our products

We specialise in professionally renewed (refurbished) vacuum cleaners, along with genuine-fit spare parts and accessories. Renewed items have been inspected, cleaned, tested and, where needed, repaired with replacement parts. As renewed goods, they may show minor cosmetic marks consistent with their grade; this does not affect performance. Each product listing describes the item’s condition and what’s included.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we cannot verify payment — and we’ll refund any amount paid in full.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to price accurately, but if we discover an error before dispatch we’ll contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card details. Accepted methods include major debit/credit cards and, where available, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

4. Shipping & delivery

We offer free shipping on all UK orders. Orders are typically dispatched within one working day, with most UK deliveries arriving in 2–4 working days via a tracked service. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping page for more.

5. Cancellation, returns & refunds

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. We accept returns of unused items within this 14-day period for a full refund. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we’ll provide instructions.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
• Items should be returned in their original condition with any accessories included.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are returned at our cost — please report any issue within 7 days of delivery.

6. Warranty

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, our renewed vacuum cleaners are covered by a warranty against functional faults. You may also purchase an optional 12-month Extended Warranty at checkout for £24.99, covering repairs and replacement parts for an additional 12 months. Warranties cover faults arising from normal use and do not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear-and-tear consumables (e.g. filters), or unauthorised repairs. Warranty cover is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

7. Repairs & servicing

Where you use our Repair & Service, we’ll provide a no-obligation quote before carrying out any work. Quotes are estimates and may change if further faults are found, in which case we’ll seek your approval first.

8. Trade-in

Trade-in valuations made via our Trade In service are provisional and subject to inspection of the item on receipt. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw an offer if the item differs from the description provided.

If we revise our offer after inspection and you choose to decline it, we will return your item to you free of charge. The only exception is where the item was significantly different from the description provided, or had undisclosed damage — in which case we may ask you to cover return postage. Accepted payments or credit are issued only after inspection.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the price paid for the goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the VacuumKing name, logo, text and images — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. We collect only what we need to process and deliver your order and we never sell your data.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
