Return any unused item within 14 days and we’ll refund it in full. For change-of-mind returns you cover the return postage. We’ll tell you what it costs before you send anything, so there are no surprises.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

We pay the return postage — always. We’ll arrange the collection or send you a prepaid label. That covers anything that arrives damaged, stops working, or isn’t the machine described on the listing. This is your legal right and nothing on this page limits it.

If a machine develops a fault later on, that’s a warranty claim rather than a return — see our warranty terms, which cover the postage in both directions.
